Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item significantly differs from its description on our website
  • We sent you an incorrect item
  • The item hasn't been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to team@theshokunin.com or use our Contact Form within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide information: Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with instructions for returning the item.
  4. Return the item: Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  5. Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • Wallet payments: 1-3 business days

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:

  • Full Refund: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Receive 110% of your purchase value as store credit to use on future purchases.
  • Replacement: We'll send you a replacement item if available.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we'll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photographs
  3. We'll arrange a return or replacement at our expense

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel an order, contact our customer service team with your order number.
